Do you take insurance?
Performance Health accepts most insurance providers. On becoming a patient, we will complete the paperwork and billing services so that you can focus on getting back to the things important to you.
Will I need X-rays?
X-rays play a crucial role in assessing the structural integrity of the bones as well as the alignment. We only take x-rays if they are indicated, not all patients will receive x-rays for various reasonings.
How long is the first visit?
The first visit will typically be the longest visit, anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 ½ hours. This is due to the extensive testing and thoroughness of the initial exam for new patients. This is also dependent on if the patient needs x-rays or additional therapies.
Do I have to be a chiropractic patient to see the Nurse Practitioner?
No, when you call to schedule an appointment, let the front desk know why you are calling, and they will schedule you accordingly.
